As members of the world’s largest youth-led organisation, we, as AIESECers, embark on a transformative journey by utilising our skills and passions to address the pressing global issues. Therefore, here are 4 ways through which we contribute socially during our terms by organising events that serve as important factors towards a positive change. 

1. World's Largest Lesson: Empowering the Future

One of the cornerstones of an AIESECer's social impact journey is organising and participating in the - World's Largest Lesson (WLL). This initiative was launched by the United Nations that seeks to introduce the Global Goals to children worldwide. 

We, asAIESECers, play a pivotal role in bringing awareness to these goals, acting as mentors and educators for the children. By organising the World's Largest Lesson, we aim to spread awareness of these goals in every school, college, and university. Through this, we contribute towards building a foundation for the next generation by fostering a sense of responsibility and global citizenship in young minds across 130 countries.

2. Global Village: Celebrating Diversity, Connecting Cultures

Moving on, the AIESEC experience extends beyond borders through events like the Global Village. This unique platform allows AIESECers to showcase and celebrate the rich collection of cultures that make up our global community. 

By organising cultural exchange events like Global Village, we, as AIESECers, bridge gaps, break down stereotypes and promote a sense of cultural understanding among the youngsters and the elders. Events like these bring people from different backgrounds and nationalities under one roof. Something that is in itself an awesome thing to experience. 

The Global Village is a testament to the power of cultural exchange in fostering unity and collaboration, creating a small prototype of the interconnected world AIESECers aspire to build. 

Did you know that the Global Village is one of the extraordinary experiences that you can enjoy and actively participate in during your AIESEC Exchange? These gatherings are an important aspect of the AIESEC Exchange experience, designed to foster cultural exchange and understanding among participants from around the world. Throughout an AIESEC Exchange, Global Villages are frequently organized to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and appreciation for diverse cultures among international students.

3. Youth Speak Forum: Elevating Youth Voices

Thirdly, at the heart of AIESEC's social impact initiatives is the Youth Speak Forum. This event provides a platform for young people to voice their opinions and actively contribute to real-world solutions. AIESECers are instrumental in facilitating these discussions, ensuring that the voices of the youth are not only heard but also translated into meaningful actions. 

The Youth Speak Forum empowers AIESECers to be advocates for change, driving discussions and implementations that address critical challenges facing society.

4. Empower Tomorrow's Leaders: Breaking Down Barriers

AIESEC US takes a bold step towards inclusivity with the Empower Tomorrow's Leaders fundraising campaign. This fundraising initiative aims to sponsor 10 underrepresented youth by providing them with an opportunity to embark on AIESEC’s Global Volunteer Exchange Program. 

By breaking down financial barriers, AIESECers actively contribute to creating a more inclusive and diverse community of global citizens. Through scholarships and education equality, this campaign opens doors to transformative experiences, ensuring that no one is left behind.

In conclusion, being an AIESECer is not just a title; it's a commitment to social impact. Through events like the World's Largest Lesson, Global Village, Youth Speak Forum, and the Empower Tomorrow's Leaders campaign, AIESECers are actively aiming to shape a world that values diversity, empowers youth, and strives for a sustainable future.
