YOUTH LEADERSHIP
THROUGH CULTURAL EXCHANGE

AIESEC was founded way back in 1948 in 7 countries in Europe.
Now, more than 65 years later we’re present in over 120 countries and territories and are still growing.

What is AIESEC?

Tens of thousands of students and recent graduates, each year, in over 120 countries manage the operations of AIESEC. In that way, we are truly "for youth, by youth."

Our Vision

The world is full of complex challenges that need better leadership to address them. Our belief is that responsible and entrepreneurial leadership can help us solve many of today’s challenges. Leaders who not only have the capabilities to create impact, but also the values that will guide their ethics and decision-making. From our early roots at the end of WWII our vision begins with changing the world not only from the outside, but from the inside out through the leaders we develop.

Every year, we facilitate tens of thousands of life-changing experiences for students and recent graduates. Ranging from professional internships, volunteering experiences, or being a member of AIESEC on campus, we offer young people a chance to discover their leadership potential. Through our extensive partnerships ranging from multinationals to social enterprises, we offer young people the gain valuable skills, networks and competencies for future success.
